The location is a plus, but the neighborhood is noisy, the walls still show mosquito battle scars, and the air freshener at the entrance is very strong.

“Hotel na jedną noc w podróży bez większych oczekiwań”

The hotel building contains a public restaurant with a very stylish finish, but I didn’t get a chance to use it because I was already there after dinner. The restaurant also serves as the reception, where keys are handed out. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean. There is a fairly large parking lot in front of the hotel, and there are shops (markets) nearby. I received a different room than the one I booked: instead of a 4‑person room with a double bed, I was given a double‑occupancy room with single beds. Even though I didn’t need that many beds, I had wanted a larger room that night. Before booking I called the hotel to confirm that the larger room was available (it was the last one listed on the website). Upon arrival I was given a tiny double‑occupancy room with single beds. My complaint that this was not the room I had booked was not accepted; they cited a “system error.” If I had known, I would not have chosen this hotel. Moreover, I received no compensation. The decision was to be made by the “boss,” who was not reachable by phone that evening. The next day at checkout she was still not available, so she was supposed to contact me in the following days, but no one reached out. I received no compensation from the hotel for the more expensive room (the difference was about 30 zł, but it’s a matter of principle). As for the hotel itself, it’s more of a roadside inn, meant to sleep and move on. The rooms lack any amenities—no nightlights or quiet lighting, just ceiling lamps. The bathroom has no hangers or shelves. I understand it’s not a higher‑class hotel, but such things don’t cost much yet provide comfort. Overall, the worst hotel I’ve visited recently. The breakfast was very modest; I felt I had missed it and everything was already cleaned. It turned out that breakfast was served on small plates for each guest. Still, I rate the breakfast low. On the plus side, there is a tea corner on the corridor in the hotel part.

Breakfast was okay, offering all the basic items, and on the mezzanine there were cups, coffee, tea and a kettle for hot water; unfortunately, because the front desk gave us the wrong information on the first day, none of the three of us received breakfast, and even after speaking to the breakfast staff we still didn’t get anything—not even bread—though the meals were marked as paid, and the staff suggested we could pay to eat in the restaurant after 12 pm.
