We loved this brand‑new hotel, where everything is gorgeous and impeccably organized. Whether in the room or in the common areas, every detail is thoughtfully designed to provide a pleasant, comfortable, and harmonious experience. However, the staff were cold, unkind, and devoid of a service mindset—from reception to the restaurant and housekeeping. There was no warm welcome or attention: arriving at 10 h 10 for breakfast that closes at 10 h 30 made you feel like a nuisance. Here, the staff’s constraints seem to take precedence over guest comfort.
