This place was a total disaster - rooms, bed, and bathroom were all unhygienic and smelled really bad. The property's condition was just pathetic. It's not suitable for anyone, especially families, because of the dirty room floor and bathroom and the awful odour.

The kitchen and food were decent, but that's where the positives end. Housekeeping was horrible - torn pillow covers, dirty quilt covers, and a big spider in the room. They didn't even provide basic stuff like soap and towels, and when I complained, they seemed like it didn't matter.

The location was great and booking was a breeze thanks to Sushma. That's about it, though - no other highlights to speak of.

Facilities were okay, but they didn't provide slippers even after we asked. The reception staff, specifically the cap person, was really rude and didn't have any manners when talking to customers.
