“sehr enttäuschend”
The very good location near the station, the walkable city centre, and the P&R parking directly opposite for only €2 a day are positives. Very disappointing – no goodwill or customer orientation. We booked three rooms for five people for two nights, but only one night was initially recorded on site. After I showed my booking confirmation, the reservation was corrected. Even more disappointing: one of my companions had to go to the hospital unexpectedly the day before the trip. Despite this extraordinary situation, the hotel offered no accommodation – no switch to single rooms, no breakfast refund, no voucher. A double room was charged more than the amount in the booking confirmation. Only after repeated complaints was the overcharged amount refunded. No apology was given. Mistakes can happen, but how a hotel handles them matters. Here both customer service and goodwill were completely missing. Definitely not recommended.
