I was disappointed by the fact that the entrance street to the hotel was flooded; I had to stay one night to connect to another flight and they never told me about the water. The taxi couldn’t even drop me at the door, so I walked 100 m through knee‑deep water with all my luggage. It was a nasty experience and I feel they should have been honest with guests. On the bright side, the cleaning was good.

The bed was super comfy, but the staff kept chatting loudly even though the signs asked for quiet. Because I have mobility issues, I had to go to another building with all my stuff and no one even held the door for me, even though I was clearly struggling with a cane and luggage. When I asked about dinner, they said there was a restaurant nearby that opens at 4:30, but they didn’t mention the many other restaurants and convenience stores around.

This small basic hotel was convenient when I arrived late in Bangkok for an early flight. The shuttle costs 150 baht per person, which saves time.
