It’s a dormitory but it felt like a private room; the entrance area was renovated into a stylish old‑house vibe, and the atmosphere was nice. The toilet was also renovated and clean. The hallway had a scary vibe, the room’s tatami had stains, the bath wall had pink mold, the floor tiles had cracks, small insects appeared occasionally, and it didn’t feel very clean.

The staff’s kindness, the care put into decorating the place, and the proximity to the station. The value for money isn’t great, towels weren’t provided, the futon was very hard, the walls were very thin, and there was a lot of dust in the room.

“Enkelt boende, väldigt hemtrevligt och underbar personal.”

The breakfast was delightful for only 800 JPY, featuring a tasty miso soup with onigiri; we tried just that because it was so good, though there were more dishes available. The futon mattresses felt a bit firm, but it was fun for a Swedish guest to experience this traditional sleeping method. Everything else was lovely and the staff were absolutely fantastic!
