I only asked for a towel because there wasn’t one in my room. I was told a towel would be brought, but that never happened. After about two hours I reminded the staff again, and they promised it would be delivered, yet it still didn’t arrive. The next day I raised the issue again, but the problem remained unresolved. When I finally made the situation clear, I expected a courteous and solution‑oriented response, but I was met with a very disrespectful reply: “If you want to complain, you can complain, and if you want to leave, you can leave.” No matter how nice a hotel is, a guest shouldn’t be treated this way just for asking for a basic item that’s missing. A simple towel was promised multiple times and never delivered, and then I was treated disrespectfully. This is unacceptable. I urge the hotel to take this incident seriously, train the relevant staff, and place more emphasis on respectful and customer‑focused service in the future.

“Noisy and hot.”

The room was clean and comfortable, with a large shower and big windows that offered a lovely view of the city and islands, and the staff were helpful. However, the location made the stay noisy—sirens, calls for prayer, and traffic made it hard to sleep. The air‑conditioner barely worked and would shut off on its own, leaving me hot in the room and in the gym (I stayed in September). The TV had no single international channel.

The room was clean, pleasant, and comfortable; some breakfast was nice and the staff were kind. Unfortunately, the spa and hotel facilities were supposedly included in my booking, but when we arrived and wanted to swim, the lady at the spa was very rude, didn’t even make eye contact, and told me I had to pay an additional 200 Turkish lira per person to use the swimming section. She never mentioned these extra charges, which feels like a scam. Most hotels don’t have surprise fees, so this is a shame. I won’t recommend this hotel if you want to use the facilities.
