“Vacanza in Sicilia”
The cleanliness and location were good, but the fridge took too long to chill drinks and the air conditioner cooled poorly.
The air conditioner worked and the room stayed cool, but the mini fridge was broken and the shower drain was clogged. Unlike the photos, we didn’t receive any water bottles.
The room itself was good, but there was a problem with the machine.
The accommodation matched the description and it was very enjoyable to stay here; the host provided tea and coffee. A very good property, I recommend it!
“Bisogna pulire a dovere”
The room was well‑located and spacious, but the hotel wasn’t clean enough; the owners told me the vacuum was broken, so proper cleaning couldn’t happen. I still paid the full price, and they tried to compensate by covering my 6€ tourist tax, which I felt was insufficient. After I mentioned the issue, a cleaning lady came but left the room just as it was before. It’s a nice place, but the price isn’t low for a single night without breakfast, and more care for guests is needed.
