I found the room’s overall cleanliness lacking, especially in the wardrobes and on the floor, even though the toilet looked clean; the windows and floor mats were also dirty. The manager didn’t offer much help, and housekeeping was inconsistent—only one person was actually helpful.

The staff were friendly and polite, and the hotel’s location is convenient for a budget stay, though facilities are limited. Unfortunately, the room had a strong odor that forced us to use our own spray, the bedsheet was slightly dirty, and the floor was stained and uncleaned.

The room was decent for the price and the hotel sits close to the railway station, but I arrived at 11 AM and the check‑in was slow. When I entered, the sheets hadn’t been arranged and the room wasn’t cleaned properly; the floor wasn’t swept and the bathroom was dirty. The staff told me to wait 10 minutes for cleaners, but I waited until 2 PM with no one showing up. I also struggled to communicate with the cleaning staff due to a language barrier, so I left to explore Vizag instead of wasting time waiting. The room was fine for the cost, but the cleanliness and service need major improvement.

I wasn’t pleased with anything. The worst part was the hotel’s trickery for extra fees. I sent someone to pre‑book, but they said no staff were available for manual booking and insisted on online check‑in. I booked online for two days and mentioned a 10‑11 AM check‑in, yet when I arrived at 10:30 AM they demanded an extra payment for early check‑in. I told them I’d send a person directly, but they again said no staff were available and pushed online check‑in. They also gave me a dismissive answer and argued with me, playing double games. The rooms were below standard. Don’t book here.

I liked the staff behaviour; the exact room was given that is shown in the image. Location of the hotel is also good, near to railway station (600‑700 mtr). AC not working… not cooling fast. TV remote not working. Shower water was not stopping.
