“Disappointed”

They couldn’t locate our reservation, the room was very small, there was no wifi, no TV, and the AC wires were spliced together. We arrived one day and left the next.

“Get a Hotel Instead”

The property was clean and the location was nice, with walking trails and small lakes nearby that were awesome; the unit had a small patio that let us watch hot air balloons come and go. We were locked out of the unit on the first night because the digital keypad failed, and there was no after‑hours support to give us the manual key box. That could have turned into a medical or other emergency for someone. We had to find another place to stay that night. We were granted access the next day, but the communication about getting a refund for that night was almost non‑existent. Finally it was worked out and I wasn’t charged for the night we got locked out. That made me prefer hotels again. Also, it was very hot and there was no AC. We slept with the windows open, but to get any airflow we had to keep the curtains open. Motion lights were going off in our eyes all night long.

Great location, quiet! Short walk to coffee shops. The perfect amount of space!

Excellent location, the neighborhood is very quiet. Some details could be improved regarding cleanliness.
