The manager tried his best, but it was clearly overcharged. The place is a huge mess; the photos on the website are definitely old. The lodge is for sale, the grounds are a chaos. The rooms are reasonably clean but old, so the plumbing/bath look like that too. The water comes from a sulfur‑laden spring and stinks terribly. It takes more than 10 minutes for hot water to arrive. Paying 180 dollars for one night is absurd, and even 50 dollars would not make me stay again.
