The room itself was good and comfortable, yet it was right off a loud busy road, so I constantly heard bikes and cars, nearly got hit by a bike while walking to get food, and the hot water went lukewarm in 5 minutes.

Great value. Good location. Friendly staff. Pretty new so in good condition. There's a communal kitchen if you want to cook. This is a great place, and excellent for the price. If you’re noise sensitive, remember there’s a road 10 m away—foam earplugs will help. If you’re not, no problem. The biggest point for improvement would be to leave water in the room for guests.

The place was tidy and all the essentials like the bed, TV, and fridge were in good shape. A small coffee shop downstairs was handy, and there was a modest kitchen area for those watching their budget. It was a pleasant spot about a 10‑15 minute walk to Seminyak’s tourist area, which worked for me but might not for everyone. The shower was a problem: to get a hot shower you had to hope no one else had used it first, and I missed a hot shower because the water ran out. There was no reception desk, just a friendly young guy who could help, but no proper reception.

The place was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was lovely, and I would definitely recommend it. We were originally supposed to stay just one night between other accommodations, but we cancelled and came back because the facilities and value were unbeatable. The room offered many lighting options, mostly warm. It had simple, cute décor and a bedside table on each side. There was a TV, though we never used it, but it probably works fine. The air‑con was excellent. The only real drawback was that the shower only stayed hot for a couple of seconds before turning lukewarm or cold, and the tap sprayed water at an odd angle with a random flow. It wasn’t a huge issue. Checking in was confusing because they didn’t email or message at all and there was no reception or staff. I sent them a message and they said it was self‑check‑in with a key in the door, but when we went up to the room we found a staff member who said we had to show a passport first, so it wasn’t truly self‑check‑in. The staff member was kind and sorted it out, so it didn’t matter much. I would still recommend staying here.
