Customer service was excellent and welcoming

The hotel offers solid hospitality, with a very polite and helpful front‑desk receptionist. Breakfast is tasty, halal, and varied. The room’s interior design is nice, and it comes with an iron, hair dryer, water heater, plenty of power outlets, and a refrigerator. The hotel also has a lift, a prayer room, a lobby toilet, and a café. Wi‑Fi is excellent, and there’s a Qibla sign. Nearby you’ll find a laundry, spa, halal restaurant, pharmacy, and a 7‑Eleven. The only downside is that the hotel should provide an extra pillow in the room.
