The balcony view was amazing, with all landmarks visible, and the staff were friendly and supportive. The road construction makes accessing the property difficult; hopefully it will be finished by December.

I was thrilled with the entire experience, and the staff went above and beyond; the meals were delicious, the rooms spotless, and the vistas breathtaking. The only drawback was that the road leading to the hotel was under construction, which was a bit inconvenient, but I hope it gets fixed soon.

The spot is beautiful, far from the hustle of Ella, with a panoramic view from the room overlooking the mountains and the Ravana falls; the room and bathroom are roomy and brand new, just remember to shut the windows if you don’t want insects!
