I was really impressed with the hotel's location, as it's just a short walk from the Tollwood Winter Festival and surrounded by great restaurants and a small shopping center

The staff were rude and aggressive, the blanket was dirty, and when I asked for a change they said “why didn’t you ask from the start?” The cleaning was inconsistent, the bathroom was not clean, and it was far from the nearest metro and tram stops.

The tiny apartments were great for two or even three people, very clean and comfortable—highly recommended! Breakfast was amazing.
