It was in the centre of skegness so easy to find. Room was clean and tidy. I was put in the 2nd floor and not helped with my luggage ( I'm in my 70s). The bedding was very clean but had a strong perfume smell ( maybe too much fabric conditioner)

The room was spotless and smelled fresh. All the facilities worked well, from the tea to the coffee. The spot is close to the sea front and just a short walk to the town centre, and they even upgraded my room for free at no extra cost. Parking was a bit tricky, but I still managed to snag a spot, and the TV was only a little on the smaller side.

The room was impeccably clean, comfortable, and ready before we even arrived. Breakfast was solid and gave us a good start to the day. The place was in a prime spot that made getting around a piece of cake. Our host was super welcoming and friendly, and everything had been thoughtfully set up before we got there. Checking in was smooth, easy, and straightforward. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay and would gladly come back. The only downside was that the shower took a few minutes to heat up.

Breakfast was extra, and we had to ask for it, but they didn’t cater to dietary requirements. There was no spot to sit on a rainy day or evening, and the bar was only open on Saturdays and is closing soon.
