The location was good, but the room was dirty, the bathroom mirror was cracked and did not show the whole surface, the towel had a bad smell, and the bed seemed to lack a mattress.

The air conditioning worked fine and the breakfast was excellent, and the room‑service staff were very helpful. However, the sheets were dirty and stained, the walls and shower box had mildew, and the pillows and mattress were extremely hard.

The service has always been flawless and the staff very attentive; this was my third stay here on business and they treated me excellently, though the location and the service left something to be desired.

The room cleanliness was seriously lacking – the ceiling was mouldy and the linens were dirty. When the air‑conditioner worked, the shower wouldn’t heat up, and vice‑versa, forcing you to choose between a hot shower or cooling. In my room the AC was turned on and I could never switch it off because the remote was broken, so it ran for the entire four‑day stay. The TV remote didn’t work either, and it was hard to find anything that functioned. Some rooms smelled of cigarette smoke and mould together.

“Decepção.”

The only positives were that the location was indeed close to what I needed and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. The room was moldy with a sweat odor, the towels were dirty and grimy, the sheets were sweaty, dirty, and stinky, and there was no washcloth. At night the staff talked loudly, laughed, walked around, and made noise in the hallway, making for a terrible experience; the photos of the rooms must be AI‑generated because the actual rooms, inside and out, are horrible.
