The hotel felt a bit dated, but it was clean enough and did the job. There’s another hotel in town at about the same price that seemed more modern with a café/restaurant attached, so if I return to Ponta Grossa I might try that one instead. Still, this hotel is a fine alternative and the breakfast was good. It wasn’t too busy, and the staff were great with our car and attentive to our needs.

The apartment was good; I stayed longer outside and used it only for sleeping. Parking was a terrible experience—the valet bumped my car somewhere and the hotel didn’t take responsibility for the damage, so I’ll have to cover the loss of my rental car. I don’t recommend staying there at all.

The cleaning was good, and the staff were polite and welcoming. Parking was off‑hotel, and the mattresses needed replacement—they were heavily used.

The apartment was great, large, and very clean. Receptionist Júlia was very attentive and helped us with everything we needed. Not having on‑site parking makes arrivals and departures a little inconvenient, but nothing serious.
