The bed, bathroom, and room cleanliness were okay, but the toilet was clogged, the water was cloudy, the cups weren’t washed, the cup rack was dusty, and there were hair strands; please improve this.
The location is good, but the building is old.
The place was clean and comfortable.
Other hotels have flexible check‑in, letting you move in as soon as the room is ready, but this hotel forced us to wait until 3 PM claiming staff were cleaning; when we finally entered room B17 on the second floor, it was the worst room I’ve seen—lizards everywhere, a balcony door full of fungus and mushrooms, a strong odor, and no working TV. After a long argument they offered us an alternative room A12 or A2 on the first floor, but that room still had lizards and stained bedsheets and was not clean. I’m really disappointed with their service and room condition; anyone planning to stay here should not waste money.
