On my birthday I booked a sea‑view room and was shocked by how tiny it was; the bathroom had no door, so the air conditioner blew straight in and the only barrier was a curtain. The shower controls were almost impossible to use, and the fridge had no bottled water—just a water bottle that was frozen, with a moldy lid. I’d advise anyone considering this place to think carefully before booking.

The staff were friendly and attentive, and the restaurant had good food with polite service. However, the parking lot was ridiculously small and the entrance cramped; the back door of the guesthouse leads up to the second floor, but weeds and branches block more than half the stairwell. Inside the room there were hair curls and ants, and a large stain on the sofa. The staff had warned that Netflix on the TV would be slow, but it was so laggy that the resolution was poor and the soundproofing was awful—dogs and frogs barked all night, and before eight in the morning there were loud screams from a child in the next room and cleaning crew noises.
