Green Organic Villas

We stayed at this Phan Thiet spot with my family and it was one of the best places to stay. The villa offered a beachfront view, a private pool, and a lounge to relax in. The staff were really nice and considerate, which made the experience even better. I would highly recommend it for couples and families who want some privacy. The only downside was that the pool wasn’t cleaned regularly; leaves and bugs made it hard to enjoy swimming.

“Totalny chill”

We found this place to be a wonderful spot for a full reset. The villa was great, a bit secluded, which was exactly what we were after. The owner personally greeted us, which was very nice. The sea‑view pool, hammock, and beach loungers were perfect. The beach right at the villa was empty, giving a real sense of privacy. We could also take a Grab to the city or a shop. The staff were wonderful; the lady who looked after us was very kind and went out of her way to make our stay successful. Breakfasts were excellent, with three items per person, plenty of fruit plates, and tasty smoothies. We could also order lunch or dinner from the menu. In the evenings, a projector let us watch movies.

My wife and I visited the villa in November 2025 and it was a wonderful place. Inside the villa, a large pool and the beach were right in front of us with no one around—ideal for a stay. There was plenty of space to unwind, including a hammock, and the villa provided a MacBook and speakers so we could play our favorite music while enjoying the sea view from a comfortable sun lounger. Breakfast offered a wide selection of local and international dishes, very tasty fruit shakes and juices. Lunch and dinner could also be arranged on request. I want to give special thanks to villa supervisor Catrina, who helped with everything we needed: motorbike rentals, arranging dinner and a karaoke party for us and our friends from MuiNe, and many other useful tips—where to change money, where to get a massage, shopping, and so on.

“What a waste of money and wasted holiday days.”

We booked the so‑called LUXUS Pool Villa for six days, but the condition did not match any description or other portals. We left after only two nights. The overall state was extremely poor and unkempt; it looked like nothing had been invested in it for years, with dirt everywhere. The upholstery and mattresses were damp and moldy, with trails of ants crawling over them. The advertised “private theatre” had very old, non‑functional equipment. There was no spa, gym, or restaurant. Old gecko droppings on a bed’s headboard, stains on sheets and towels—simply disgusting. The location was also bad, with no infrastructure, only abandoned houses and no holiday vibe in the surrounding area. We can only agree with other bad reviews. Despite all complaints, the owner never showed up. What a waste of money and holiday days.
