The staff are very friendly and the location is very good.

It’s a very pleasant and lovely place, with a cute and friendly dog that greets visitors.

The hotel is great and clean. I booked a single room but got upgraded to a bigger room. Nice staff. Checking in was a bit slow but it is still okay

The location was on the main restaurant street (not recommended for wheelchairs, the slope is steep) and the room was clean (minimum expected) despite a strong, uncomfortable cat/animal odor outside. There was a lack of communication, no staff at reception, and the promised breakfast wasn’t delivered (even a lunch box was promised the night before for a Machu Picchu trip). The number of stairs was unpleasant… so many issues: I wouldn’t recommend this place and would like a refund for the mentioned breakfast that was supposed to be included.
