“Excelente estadia”

The place was super clean and comfy. My room was spotless, and everyone on the staff was friendly and on top of things. Breakfast was tasty, too. I’d definitely come back.

The spot is great, but the whole check‑in was a mess. They didn’t tell us we had to go somewhere else, and we weren’t charged for the balance until we had to write it down ourselves. The pillows were way too thin. Breakfast was supposed to be included, yet we were told we weren’t on the list, no coffee, plates, or glasses. We had to wait and the service was pretty reluctant. The bathroom doors are loud—just a bit of oil would fix it.

“Divino todo”

The hotel looks great, breakfast is delicious, and there’s a restaurant right in front that stays open late so you don’t have to worry about dinner. They’ve got loads of board games you can take to the pool area, and the staff give solid recommendations. The downside? To get to the pool from your room you have to step onto the street, and the address listed is for the rooms, not the reception, which is a block over.
