The staff were friendly and helpful, and the lobby felt very cozy. However, the temperature control was not user‑friendly: the temperature dropped to freezing in the morning while the thermostat still read 71°, and even after switching to 72° it took a while to warm up and then it became too hot. It seems the sensor didn’t detect a person inside and lowered the temperature. The blanket was too thin to keep me warm overnight, and I had to wake up at 5 am.

“Great hotel”

The room was larger than most, and the bed was very comfortable. The only issue was that there was no water pressure in the shower.

“Acceptable for the price”

I wasn’t a fan of the breakfast, but the location was close to where I wanted to go. When the towels were changed, the beds were left unmade and the trash cans were not emptied.

I didn’t try the breakfast because it wasn’t my cup of tea, but the location was fine. The room was spacious, parking required payment, and free coffee and tea were available in the lobby. The restroom was not good; the toilet in Room 147 had a flushing issue, and the shower was better but still flexible.

“Wasn’t the worst stay, just wasn’t the best.”

The lobby was beautiful and modern, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean. The location was not great, and there was no free breakfast as had been advertised before booking.
