The location and surroundings were not good.

The accommodation exceeded my expectations: it was spotlessly clean, had everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Communication and instructions were great and made for a smooth late arrival. The outlook from the caravan wasn’t the best, but it didn’t affect our stay.

The accommodation was nice, comfortable, clean, well equipped, close to the beach, and the area was quiet. However, there was no welcome pack so we didn’t get the Wi‑Fi password or an emergency phone number; we had no heating or hot water for the whole stay even though they were aware of the problem. We couldn’t shower, they contacted us soon after arrival to fix it, but it wasn’t fixed. They replied to my first email saying they would send someone out, but no one came. I sent two more emails and got no reply. Some other accommodations in the same area were in a poor state.

It was a spacious lodge with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We used the pool and the park for kids on the site and had a nice time.
