Arriving felt like stepping into genuine luxury, and the three nights I spent here were absolutely delightful. The spacious room offered a fantastic view, and the staff went above and beyond, even handling my laundry request right away. I’ll definitely book again.

Location and Food. 1. Cleanliness 2. Musty or mildew smell may be caused by trapped moisture, humidity, or mold in the carpets, AC units, 3. Dark Lighting

The facilities are very complete, everything is spotless, the gym (plus the free boxing class for my son), the spa massage, the infinity pool with panoramic view, and the food on the 6th‑floor restaurant, plus the view from the room. We were in low season and the hotel was not crowded, but the restaurant closes at 22:00, which is early by European standards for dinner… ;) The staff is great but uneven: a few employees still seem to be learning for a hotel of this caliber, but nothing serious.

They couldn’t issue the official invoice even though we’d told them earlier that we needed a company invoice.

The hotel is rated 5 stars, but I think it’s more like 4 stars or 4½ stars. The breakfast is not varied.
