I loved the hotel’s location right on the boulevard with plenty of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés nearby, and the central train station just a few blocks away for onward travel or for catching a bus to the Amalfi coast; they also provide umbrellas for beachgoers in summer so you’re not left in the sun all day. The espresso machine was a bit unreliable, always leaving my capsules unused, but otherwise everything was fantastic, and I understand it’s a third‑party service, so it didn’t bother me at all.

“La ubicación y trato disipan lo faltante”

The location is close to the train stations, port, and city center. The host was friendly and let us carry our luggage to the business area. However, the bathroom had two high steps leading up to the shower, which was uncomfortable for wet feet, and the safety deposit box didn’t work.

“Super - tipptopp!!”

Everything was new, clean, and located right in the middle of the pedestrian zone. The shower, however, is a bit hard to step into for older or less mobile people.

“Good location, but there is still room for improvement”

Excellent location near the train and bus stations and the port, with a shopping promenade full of cafés and shops nearby. The hotel offers daily cleaning, rubbish removal, and complimentary bottled water. Guests receive a breakfast voucher at a nearby café: one coffee or cappuccino plus one croissant per person. Communication was rather slow, and we were not given any information about the breakfast upon arrival. The room, especially the bathroom and shower, was very small. The inside of the shower frame had significant buildup and was difficult to clean; the bathroom needs renovation.
