No help with luggage, dirty linens, mold, filthy walls, and stained carpets. Mosquitoes swarmed the room and the furniture was falling apart. The photos on the website are old and not representative of reality.

The staff were helpful and arranged a better room for me the next day. The facilities need improvement. I had to look at three different rooms in one day and spent the first night in a temporary room. The staff cleaned the room without my request, but when I asked for housekeeping it was not done.

The price was cheap and the room was cleaned daily to a high standard. On arrival the staff were unfriendly and demanded a cash deposit. Signs indicated that the hotel had problems. The room had a mini price list for damaged items, and when I asked the receptionist if the area was bad, he answered, “Yes,” without hesitation.

Nothing good to say. The rooms were very dirty, and the air‑conditioning vent had mold on it. My 79‑year‑old dad started coughing because of all the mold.
