The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The place was comfortable and easy to get around. The only issue was that the menu items weren't translated, so it was hard to know what we were ordering.

The setting was gorgeous, with great views and several nearby mountains and summer lifts. The rooms were clean, organized, and had an elevator. Staff were friendly, and the outdoor pool looked nice, though it was a bit chilly. Our Boston terrier loved it too – the dog was welcomed warmly. The Sommercard we received with the stay was a real bonus, giving free access to many sights, lifts, and toll roads.

The location was fantastic, and the breakfasts were good while the dinners were amazing. There was also a sauna and a pool, making for a perfect relaxation spot. Nothing else to add.
