The facilities, mattress, sheets, and pillows were great. It’s a bit far from the center.

The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel is in a complex with restaurants, parking, and a big supermarket nearby. It was very quiet.

The beds were very comfortable, but the air conditioning kept turning off in the rooms, making it hot and then cool again after a while. The service was terrible, and the food was worse; the buffet felt like almost pure bread with no real options, and the cochinita was the only decent dish.

The place is beautiful, the buffet is delicious and fully stocked, the pool has a stunning view, the beds are super comfy, and the staff is always very attentive. There’s a square right next to the hotel with a kids’ area that’s fun, plus several restaurants.
