This place is a real gem, especially if you're an animal lover. The location is stunning, with the jungle and elephants right outside your room. The cottages are spacious and super comfortable, and the food is like home-cooked meals - delicious and hearty. The staff are also really friendly and helpful. My only gripe is that I'm not a fan of dogs, and there are a few on the property, but that's a minor issue.

We had a fantastic time at this property, which is perfectly situated for exploring Manas NP. The rooms are super comfy and the location is ideal. The only thing to keep in mind is that it's a bit of a trek from Guwahati, so be prepared for a long ride. Overall, though, it's well worth it.

We were really impressed with the location of this place - it's right next to the National Park, which is a huge plus. The staff were also super friendly and helpful, and the Assamese music and dance performances were a nice touch. Unfortunately, the beds were a bit too hard for us and the pillows were flat, but that's a minor complaint.

This place is a real oasis - it's located in a beautiful spot, surrounded by forest, and the cottages are super quiet and peaceful. The local food is also amazing, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. We had a really relaxing and enjoyable stay here.

We were really pleased with the location of this property - it's right next to the forest range, which is lovely. The staff were also friendly and prompt, which was great. However, the housekeeping could be improved, and the meals weren't quite up to par in terms of taste, especially considering the price.
