I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was unclean, and the toilet didn't have hot water, which was quite inconvenient. To make matters worse, the hotel's location right opposite the bus station made it extremely noisy 24/7, and the road dust was a nuisance. The fan in my room was also making a strange rattling noise, and to top it all off, the prices were exorbitant.

My experience with the hotel staff was extremely poor. They had a terrible attitude, and their inflexibility with check-in times caused us a lot of trouble. We had changed our check-in time, but the hotel management refused to accommodate us, resulting in a rushed stay. We checked in at 7 pm the previous day, but they insisted we check out at 11 am the next day, despite our actual check-in time being 4:30 pm.

I was pleased with the service I received during my stay. However, I have to say that everything else was well taken care of, and I didn't encounter any issues.

While I appreciated the hotel's compact layout, I was a bit disappointed that the rooms weren't more spacious. Unfortunately, my initial experience with the reception was also subpar.
