We chose this hotel because it was in the area where our friends live. The bed was uncomfortable, many items in the room were broken, the door lock didn’t work well and we had to swipe the card several times to open it, and the shower only worked partially.

Front‑desk staff seemed unsure of their standard procedures, which made the check‑in feel uneasy and shook my confidence in the service. The room itself was disappointing: the lighting was dim and the window view was blocked, far from what I had expected. The only redeeming factor was that the hotel was close to my intended destination.

The experience was outstanding, and the shortcomings were also outstanding.

The interior ambience was pleasant, but the outdoor ambience was not.
