This place is truly special, right in the middle of the forest. It’s quiet and surrounded by nature.

Anyone booking this spot should know that it’s tucked away in the woods and only reachable on foot. We were honestly surprised to discover we’d need a 10‑minute walk to the accommodation, but because we found out in time we packed a sled into the car and smoothly hauled our gear along the snowy river path. In the evening we were allowed to use the separate sauna house just for ourselves and relax in the included quiet area by the wood‑fire at the ancient stove. The property itself is lovingly decorated, and the on‑site host is very friendly and accommodating, making the whole stay a special experience. Thank you! The description should have made it clear that this place is only reachable on foot. I can’t say whether that’s only in winter or all year, but you must expect a roughly 900 m walk to get there. If you’re aware of that, you can plan accordingly.

Everything was fine, it was just a bit cold, and the road was terrible!!! It isn’t terribly expensive!!!

The staff is very nice and the beds are comfortable. The rooms are noisy.
