The flat was exactly what I needed – spot‑on location, staff were warm and helpful, and everything just worked. I’d happily point anyone in this direction.

The place ticks a lot of boxes: quiet, solid facilities, and a location that’s hard to beat. Artur and his mom went out of their way to help, which was a nice touch. The only snag was the bed – it wasn’t as comfortable as I’d hoped.

The room felt really comfortable, a pleasant spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Nothing fancy, just a cozy place to crash.

Being right in the city centre made it easy to walk to everything, and the front‑desk staff were super friendly and efficient. All in all, a solid base for exploring.

The apartment is right in the heart of Yerevan, just a short stroll from St. George’s Church and the Vernissage market, which was perfect for my New Year trip. The only downside was that the heating struggled when the temperature dropped to –7 °C, so the room stayed a bit chilly. Otherwise, I really enjoyed the stay.
