The motel was well‑located, clean, and the rooms looked new compared to nearby older hotels; the staff were friendly and swapped my room after I mistakenly chose a smoking one that smelled strongly of cigarette. The price might be a bit high, but all the hotels had similar rates.

The room felt unclean with a strong, unpleasant odor, the pillows were thin and worn, the area around the hotel seemed sketchy, and the staff’s service was disappointing—overall I was dissatisfied.

Mold was in the shower, the beds were uncomfortable, the door didn’t close fully, and the walls were thin.

The location was clean and quiet, but the deposit shouldn’t have taken 10 days to be returned.

The place felt unsafe, no welcome at all, unhelpful staff, and I was charged $100 at checkout for no reason; I expect no refund or explanation for that loss.
