I liked most of it. The room was decent for the price, with a bathrobe, hairdryer, slippers, kettle, and water. Every floor has a steamer and iron, and the AC does its job without being noisy. The only downside was that the Wi‑Fi went out on the last day.

Everything was flawless—rooms were clean, tidy, and neat, the location was perfect and central, breakfasts were huge with hundreds of options, and the staff were super helpful, polite, and friendly. There was absolutely nothing negative.

1) I like location, it is close to my business location at city. 2) Competent and pleasant workers. 3) clean rooms and clean hotel. 4) Breakfast is also nice. All is good!

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay more enjoyable. However, I was quite disappointed to find that smoking was allowed in the rooms, which was a major drawback for me. Overall, the great service was somewhat overshadowed by this issue.
