I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, it was spotless from top to bottom.
The hotel's location is fantastic, but the rooms themselves are a bit basic.
The staff at this hotel were super friendly and helpful, but the website could do with an update - the information on the local market wasn't accurate.

“Great location and welcoming staff.”
The place is in a great spot and the staff were really helpful. The rooms stayed tidy and the breakfast buffet offered good value for the price. The only snag was that the coffee in the room wasn’t refilled daily – a minor annoyance. The décor felt a bit dated, but the cleanliness was solid given the work the team had to do.

Breakfast was truly excellent and varied, easily a 10‑point rating. The room itself was bright, tidy and the bed comfortable; I appreciated having an iron and ironing board in‑room. Reception service was outstanding and the hotel’s location was superb, apart from the busy road with heavy traffic. At night the traffic noise was intrusive, and the windows couldn’t stay open despite the heat. Three tram lines ran along that road, their clatter keeping me awake. The hallway carpets on each floor were dirty and unkempt, and there was no separate bar even though the hotel is rated four stars.

The location is excellent for visiting the Old Town, parks, and the Art Deco part of the city, and it’s a short walk away. The reception sells drinks (there’s no formal bar) but offers a lovely area to sit and enjoy a drink at good prices. A small coffee shop opens next to the reception during the day. The room was “compact” and fairly basic because of the hotel’s age. The double‑glazed windows keep street noise down unless the window is opened.
