I absolutely loved the place, it was beyond my expectations and I can’t wait to return. The only downside was the price, which was too high, but everything else was great.

The rooms were beautiful with beach views over a cove where we saw turtles daily, breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly. Housekeeping came at any hour and twice a day, which let us sleep in late, and there were daily yoga classes. That said, for a Rosewood property the value could be better, especially since it’s newly opened: the front desk staff were pleasant but seemed unsure in more complex situations; the concierge’s prices for tours and transfers were far above local operators—four times more for a boat trip and ten times more for an airport transfer. The pool and sauna area needs stricter rules on privacy—people were using laptops and phones in the sauna, and there were no towel hooks for after swimming. The gym was undersized for its space, and while breakfast and the Italian restaurant were excellent, the Japanese restaurant didn’t match the price. The cocktail “golden hour” offering also lacked transparency about what was included for free.
