“i didn't stay in this hotel. i paid for the room but no room are prepared. this is a bad experience”
I had a very bad experience: no parking, no room available even though I had already paid, so I had to find another hotel. The cleanliness was terrible, and the lift was too dirty. I will never book here again. Additionally, no room was prepared for the one I booked, there was no parking, and the staff seemed clueless.
