The place was spotless, the staff courteous and helpful. It’s surrounded by greenery just a few steps from an abbey that produces excellent wines, and there’s a large parking lot. The only downside was the bathroom in the room, which I personally didn’t like.

The owners welcomed us warmly and were very helpful. The location is tucked in the Abruzzese hills near the highway exit. Parking is available, breakfast is plentiful, and the house and linens are clean. Nothing to complain about.

We booked just one night’s stay; the owner was incredibly kind and super helpful. The place offered a beautiful sunset. Breakfast had a bit of everything, truly thoughtfully prepared with care and love. The only thing I might add is that we read about an air‑conditioner, but it turned out to be a penguin, so we suffered a little heat, but the owner’s friendliness and hospitality made up for it.
