The scenery, tranquility, remoteness, and food were great. The only issue was a small red stain on one of the sheets, but otherwise everything was clean.

The service and communication were poor. Hot water was not provided, the microwave didn’t work, the kitchen floor was completely wet, and instead of cleaning it, they told me to do it myself.

“Amazing views, missing a few essentials”

The views were amazing, rooms were very comfortable, and the staff were lovely. For the price, I expected the wifi to stay on without cutting out every 3‑5 minutes, especially since other nearby places didn’t have this issue. Our room had a “hot tub”, but there was never enough water to fill it before it went cold.

“I appreciated the facilities but the location was incredibly inconvenient.”

The room/unit itself was very nice, clean, and had a beautiful view. The location was incredibly inconvenient. The only restaurant in the area (owned by the listing) served subpar food. It wasn’t clear at the time of booking that you would need to trek through a partly unmarked trail for 30 minutes to reach public transportation.

“Estadía sin luz, no solucionan esos inconveniente ni teniendo generador.”

The location was good. They don’t have a generator for power outages; they use it only as an emergency backup, not for regular use, so I had to leave because the room called “studio” didn’t get proper lighting support.
