I felt very comfortable, everything was clean, the staff were friendly and warm everywhere, the location was quiet and I slept wonderfully. I didn’t use the spa, so I have nothing to say about it.

Location. The hotel has a fantastic view. The staff are very sweet and helpful. The food was good. The rooms are nice and the area is quiet. I would definitely recommend the hotel and Klosters Dorf over Kloster Platz. I didn’t give the best comfort rating because there are many flies everywhere in the area, including in the hotel’s restaurant and in the room if you don’t close the window. I would suggest the hotel gets an effective solution to remove flies from the room so guests can sleep with open windows without flies entering.

Breakfast was great, the location is very quiet and close to public transport, but I would have liked the evening menu to offer a choice without dessert or with dessert.
