The staff were warm, friendly and very helpful. The location was excellent and the pub was great too. Nothing was lacking, except the mattress that needs replacing.

Nice pub. Check‑in was easy with friendly staff. There was a little noise from the pub as expected, but it quieted down fairly early.

Breakfast was great, the staff were friendly, the bed was comfy, and the room was clean.

The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The fridge had real milk, and the food was good with real ales on offer. The car park was very small and full; on‑street parking was a challenge because the street is narrow and vehicles are parked on both sides. It’s not the property’s fault, but it’s something to consider if you have limited mobility.
