The staff were incredibly helpful and respectful, making us feel very welcome and even gave us a map with personalized suggestions. However, the hotel experienced a power cut on the first night, and while the staff tried to be attentive, nothing else stood out.

The location is very good, close to everything, and the staff are very helpful and attentive. A bit careless in some aspects.

The staff were really friendly, the room was fine for a single night, and the bed was comfortably decent. On the downside, the room felt very cramped, especially the bathroom where the sink was almost directly above the toilet. The safe wasn’t bolted down and the patio door didn’t lock, so we didn’t feel secure leaving anything important in the room.
