The whole island felt private, so quiet, peaceful, and serene; the staff were amazing—professional, courteous, and friendly. I had the best tenderloin of my life on the first night! Our room was great and we were well taken care of too. I can't wait to return. The only issue was that other guests had taken the bikes we rented, but since they were free to use it didn't really matter; we got replacements quickly and kept having fun.

The spot is close to the airport, which is convenient, but the pool service left a lot to be desired: nobody asked if we needed anything, and when we wanted to order we had to approach them because they wouldn’t notice us. Once I asked for a towel because none was on the pool bed, they told me to bring it myself—how can a 5‑star hotel do that?

The breakfast spread was huge and tasty, and the staff were really attentive; the island felt calm and peaceful, making for a lovely vacation, though after 18.00 the place gets quiet and it would be nice to have some evening activities on the island.

The post was incredible, the sea wonderful, and a special thanks to Kenza who helped us from arrival to departure. The food was delicious. I recommend staying in the water villa. Nothing negative.
