“Except the first day noisy evening and food, the stay was nice because of the location.”

The location is amazing, the rooms and property overall spacious, and it offers a stunning view. The stay was disappointing: a group blasted 90s Bollywood songs through the hotel’s speakers until 8:30 PM, ruining the peaceful atmosphere of the Lachung River. When I complained, reception shockingly defended it, saying the guest “paid for music.” For a remote, scenic property, the management showed zero empathy for other guests; loudspeakers should not be allowed here. The food also didn’t live up to the hotel’s rating.

“Not that great hospitality , staffs' behavior was cold , food are not upto the mark .”

The location is fine, but the hospitality was cold, the staff untrained, and the receptionist asked when I would check out before I even checked in. Apart from the location, nothing else compares to the price.

“A mystical experience”

The Yashree might just be the best hotel in the area, but that's not necessarily a good thing. The staff are ridiculously friendly and helpful, always willing to lend a hand or offer a smile. The location is pretty unbeatable, with stunning views that make you feel like you're on top of the world. But, to be honest, the hotel itself is a bit of a letdown - it's dated and basic, which is probably why I'd give it a solid 3-star rating.

“The hotel is the best in the area. However it is basic, so he prepared for a lovey yet rustic experience”

The hotel's stunning 360-degree views and prime location right next to the Monastery are definite highlights, but it's the staff that truly make this place shine. Abijeet in the restaurant was particularly friendly and welcoming, making our stay feel all the more special. However, the hotel's hilltop location means you'll need to hire a driver to get around, which can be a bit of a hassle. Still, the breathtaking views and lovely staff make it well worth the extra effort.

I was really impressed with the hotel's spacious and comfortable rooms - they were a great size and had everything I needed. The cleanliness and tidiness of the rooms were also top-notch, and the staff were super friendly and helpful, always willing to lend a hand. However, the Wi-Fi was a bit of a letdown - it kept dropping out and was really unreliable, which was frustrating when I needed to get some work done.
