The staff were very helpful and nice. Getting to the town centre and using the bus shuttle was very convenient. The location and the view from the room were stunning. The room was small, the decor was quite old-fashioned, and the breakfast options were not the best.

The view and the hotel are beautiful; the location is amazing, just 12 minutes from Sorrento and 25 minutes from Positano. The staff are truly welcoming, the rooms are large, clean, and offer a beautiful view. I recommend the sea‑view rooms. The beds are comfortable and breakfast is good!

The beds are super comfy, the view is lovely, breakfast is great, and there’s a smoking balcony. The pool is decent for waking up in the morning. There’s nothing to dislike, just remember it’s not a modern contemporary hotel—it has passion, artwork, and period features, absolutely lovely.

The room offered a stunning Bay of Naples view, which was a definite highlight. Breakfasts and evening meals were excellent, with plenty of options. The staff were outstanding, and the shuttle to and from Sorrento ran reliably. On the downside, there were occasional power cuts, but they were brief and expected when traveling abroad.
