Hotel Grand-Champ in Malmedy offers bright rooms with private bathrooms, garden views, free Wi‑Fi, work desk, TV and wardrobe. Guests enjoy a sun terrace, garden seating, picnic area, bicycle parking and a children’s playground. A daily buffet breakfast receives high praise. Located on a quiet street near Circuit Spa‑Francorchamps (8 km) and Malmundarium (3.5 km).

Old‑school hotel, but still comfortable. Very quiet, large parking, stunning view, good breakfast in a beautiful hall, 10 minutes from the circuit. Good starting point for many hikes, including the Trôs Mâret. Nothing specific to note: the whole place is very retro, but that isn’t a problem.

The hotel sits on the ridge overlooking meadows and wildlife—deer, elk, sheep, goats—so the view is fantastic. The landlady was very friendly, and breakfast offered a wide variety. After Malmedy, the best way to get there is by car (free parking is available near the center); otherwise you have to walk a 22 % slope up or down.

The location in the green is lovely, with hiking trails right outside the door, rooms are big enough, the bed is comfortable, and the price is quite reasonable. The hotel overall needs renovation: the wooden exterior is rotting, rooms have ancient furniture, dirty old carpets and curtains, walls are unpainted and spotted, the bathroom is visibly patched. Breakfast is okay in quantity, but everything feels mixed together; coffee comes from plastic capsules, and there are no tomatoes or cucumbers.
