The place had a nice room with a small balcony and a private bathroom. We liked using the shared kitchen a lot. It’s especially handy that the fridge in each room has a dedicated compartment. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. She gave us loads of useful tips about nearby restaurants and museums, plus info on supermarkets and laundromats. We felt well taken care of and would gladly return. The only downside was that finding the apartment was hard because the doorbell sign wasn’t clearly marked.

It was close to the Vatican. From the moment we arrived, the lady behaved quite rudely toward us. Even before we had finished getting out of the elevator, she started yelling at us that the elevator wasn’t automatic and that we had to close the door. At that point we still had some luggage inside, and since she had come out to greet us, we thought she was just saying hello. Instead, her first interaction was to shout at us and scold us in a very bad way. I think guests can be given instructions, but the way it’s done matters a lot. From the start we felt uncomfortable with the treatment we received.

“Perfecto”

The area is good, close to the Vatican and a 30‑minute walk to Rome’s center. The municipal market is next door, Bonci bakery, and Tonnarello are nearby. Bus stops are right in front.

“Super recommendable”

The room was very comfortable and only a minute’s walk from the Vatican; the lady was super kind and respectful. Wi‑Fi was Optimus for those who need to work like I did. The kitchen is quiet and can be used. I definitely recommend staying here.

A very nice place to spend your vacation in Rome. Great location, within walking distance of the Vatican and Castel Sant’Angelo. Public transport is easy to use; the bus stop is just outside the door and the metro station is a 5‑minute walk. The bedroom and common areas were tidy and clean. The bathroom was cleaned every day. Signora Emanuela is very welcoming and helpful.
